DeLuca Real Estate is a local, independent, people-centric Real Estate brokerage committed to adding value to our clients, team members and the community.  We are well known on the peninsula and have closed hundreds of real estate transactions.  

Leslie DeLuca's family has been living on The Monterey Peninsula since the sardines were swimming in Monterey Bay.  Her family worked in the fishing industry and later carved their niche in the real estate and construction industry in Monterey County.  

The DeLuca Group is committed to providing their clients with valuable information on the local community and important real estate education putting them in a position of power when buying and selling real estate.

Junior Sales Agents

Developing business opportunity within specific geographies served by our team.  Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries.

Qualifications: Full Time Position for individuals who are driven to succeed and dedicated to personal excellence. Must be self motivated to work well independently and as part of a team. Are you a great teammate who thrives working within the framework of a tight knit company where your activities directly affect the bottom line.?  Are you decisive, proactive with strong follow up skills?  Possess strong written and verbal communication skills?  Are you creative and innovative?  Do you have the ability to effectively set and close appointments over the phone?  Are you committed to following up by phone, email, e-blast and following through with the system?

Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle of each client. Stay fully abreast of the evolving real estate market. Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management. Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries. Participate in regular training and education requirements. Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in Follow Up Boss. Use our systems to set listing and buyer appointments and nurture leads to our pipeline. Must have a willingness to learn  our systems quickly.  Communicate on a daily basis with the rest of the  administration team.  Qualifications: Be coachable, Business-minded Willingness to learn.  Enthusiastic and driven willing to get a real estate license in the future. love the phone and a challenge. Operations Manager

Manage clients  to create raving fans.  Develop & complete tasks for lead  generation systems.  Manage Broker and Agent's calendar,  schedule & emails.   Manage specialist calendar for showings, open houses, floor time, web leads & sign calls  Manage all lead generation calendars  Manage office in effective & productive manner.  Complete daily tasks as assigned by Broker.   Forecast & develop any needed systems & structures for increasing business.  Report all team activities with solutions & suggestions to broker daily.   Transaction manage all clients & broker files for listings/exclusives & sales/contracts  Manage files & clients.  Maintain weekly listing & sales reports for assistant & agents.   Complete tasks for lead generation systems and follow up.   Manage listing/exclusive inventory.
