More than 190,000 spectators and millions of television viewers attend to watch PGA Tour professionals, celebrities, and amateur golfers alike play these world-class golf courses. 

The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am is organized by the Monterey Peninsula Foundation and all tournament proceeds benefit charities across the Monterey County, Santa Cruz County, and San Benito County. The championship has raised and donated millions since its inception in1937. In 2016 $10.8 million was donated to support local nonprofit charities in the tri-county area. 

While in town for the championship there is much to explore on the beautiful Monterey Peninsula! Below is a guide of new spectator venues the 2017 Pro Am is offering, and must-try restaurants and activities in the surrounding areas that will make your spectator experience even more enjoyable.

1. The View

"The View" is a a hospitality venue presented by GREY GOOSE that will be on the eighth fairway at Pebble Beach Golf Links. The name The View describes this venue perfectly as private guests get to enjoy specialty cocktails and gorgeous panoramic views of the eighth hole and down the ninth tee. Tickets are for 21+ only. $200 per person Thursday and Friday, $250 per person Saturday and Sunday. 

2. The AT&T Fan Dome

The AT&T Fan Dome is new to 2017. The fan dome is free to all spectators and provides a 360 projection of real-time tournament coverage. The dome will also feature a virtual reality experience including an interactive golf course map and leaderboard table.

3. Palmer's Club Eighteen

“Palmer’s Club Eighteen” is on the iconic 18th fairway at Pebble Beach Golf Links . Palmer's Club Eighteen is dedicated to a Pebble Beach Company owner who passed in 2016- Arnold Palmer. With gorgeous interiors and an outdoor deck, this shared posh luxury suite has incredible views of the golf course and Carmel Bay. Come enjoy unlimited food and beverages including breakfast, lunch, hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and top shelf spirits. This membership also includes prime on-site parking all week at the tournament. Each Club Eighteen membership is $8,000 for 2 patrons, or $4,000 per person.

1.The Bench 

The Bench has an airy bright atmosphere and overlooks the historic 18th hole at Pebble Beach Golf Links. The Bench offers panoramic views that can be enjoyed in their spacious dining room, at their gorgeous bar, or in their outdoor dining section next to the toasty fire pits. The Bench offers a unique menu inspired by different international styles and methods. The bar offers craft cocktails as well as many draft beers and wines.  MENU

2. The Tap Room

The Tap Room, sometimes referred to as "The Legendary 19th hole" is known for its warm wooded atmosphere and extensive golf memorabilia. A popular destination after 18 holes of golf at Pebble Beach. The Tap Room attracts locals, tourists, and celebrities alike. A renowned Prime Steak house with an All-American menu and great selection of beer, wines and spirits.  Whether you come to have a drink at the cozy bar, dine with family, or watch a televised sporting event with friends The Tap Room will be pure to satisfy. 3. Stillwater Bar and Grill 

Stillwater Bar and Grill is located in the Pebble Beach Lodge just across from The Tap Room. As the name states Stillwater Bar and Grill overlooks Stillwater Cove with stunning views of Carmel Bay and the 18th hole at Pebble Beach Golf Links. Stillwater Grill has a contemporary menu offering sustainable seafood, meats, organic produce and an array of delicious appetizers. 4. The Gallery Café 

The Gallery Cafe is a great place to start your day. Open for breakfast and lunch, their menu offers everything from traditional breakfast items like omelettes and french toast to mouth-watering burgers and fresh deli sandwiches. 1. 17-Mile Drive

17-Mile Drive is a coastal landmark widely recognized as one of the most scenic drives in the world. The drive runs through Pacific Grove into Pebble Beach. From the stunning Pacific coastline to the calm and tantalizing Del Monte Forest, the views can only be described as breathtaking. There are many lookouts and discoveries along the way.
