You can see by the numbers that Property is selling quickly on the Monterey Peninsula.  The average list to contract is at 59 days.  Condos take a bit longer to sell usually the average is about 66 days. 

The lack of inventory continues to be a huge concern in the  Monterey County real estate market.  Interest rates are still at all time lows and prices have remained steady. Check rates for loans here
