Natalie Harris Gibson, a life long Monterey native, recently joined DeLuca Real Estate after earning her California Real Estate Salesperson Licensure. Prior to real estate, Natalie worked as a Registered Nurse for ten years, thriving in the disciplines of emergency and then ambulatory surgery nursing. As a nurse at the Monterey Peninsula Surgery Center, she not only provided exemplary, compassionate patient care, she also implemented clever solutions to scheduling issues, created a professional marketing film, and won the adoration of her co-workers. During a 3 year move to Virginia, Natalie worked in the Pre-Registration Department at the Surgi-Center of Central Virginia, guiding physicians, patients and other personnel through a technological upgrade to their pre-registration process. During her tenure there, she successfully cut patient history intake time by 20 percent. Prior to nursing, Natalie worked in HR for C&S Wholesale Grocers, a leading national grocery distribution company. She led popular corporate training seminars and well as created and published the company’s in-house monthly news magazine,Visions Magazine.
Natalie’s determination and motivation have led her down many successful paths. She is not afraid to try new things, and the real estate industry in no different. Natalie enters her new role as Realtor with the same vigor and enthusiasm as HR and Nursing, where she was very successful. Her caring nature and desire to provide service and value to her clients translates to smooth transactions, positive outcomes, and satisfied customers. Natalie truly listens to the needs of her clients and aims to please. She is assertive and extremely organized and will get the job done.
Natalie is a graduate of Stanford University (BA in English Literature) and Columbia University School of Nursing (BS in Nursing). She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Monterey Country Association of Realtors, Monterey Chamber of Commerce and the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is blissfully married with a toddler son and three amazing teenage step-kids. She enjoys hiking, walking her dogs, date nights with her husband, community theater, and lazy days with a good book.
